Overview
SHB-III Benchtop circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump is a laboratory vacuum equipment produced by GREATWALL. It uses water as the working fluid and generates negative pressure through the jet to vacuum, providing negative pressure conditions for evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, decompression filtrate and other processes. This product is particularly suitable for laboratories and industrial small tests in Universities & colleges, research institutes, chemical, biochemical, food, pesticide, agricultural engineering, bioengineering and other industries.
Features
1. Recycle water to save water resources.
2. Compared with Miscellaneous type vacuum pumps, power saving is more than 35%.
3. Adopt special fluid muffler to reduce gas in water to improve Vacuum Level and reduce gas-liquid friction noise.
4. Dual tap, dual display design, can be used alone or in parallel.
5. It has the characteristics of acid and alkali solvent corrosion resistance.
6. The motor is provided by professional manufacturers and uses fluororubber sealing to prevent corrosion gases from invading the motor.
7. The main components of the shell, sink, jet, tee, check valve, air extraction nozzle, etc. are made of PP material; the pump body and impeller are pressed with 304 stainless steel plate, and the structure is durable.
Principle
The vacuum pump uses water as the working fluid. Its Working Principle is to use the jet effect generated by the high-speed water flow through the jet to form a negative pressure (vacuum) at the air extraction port to realize the pumping of the closed system. The working water is recycled in the system.
Applications
Universities & colleges, research institutes, laboratories and industrial trials in chemical, biochemical, food, pesticide, agricultural engineering, bioengineering and other industries
Steps
1. Make sure that the power supply of the device is 220V/50Hz and connected correctly.
2. Add enough purified water to the PP water tank to the specified volume (15L).
3. Use one or two air extraction heads as required and connect them to the system that requires vacuuming.
4. Turn on the power and start the vacuum pump.
5. Observe and monitor the system Vacuum Level through dual display.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and disconnect the air extraction connection.
Notice
It is necessary to replace the water in the sink regularly to ensure that the water quality is pure and to maintain the Vacuum Level.
* When used to extract corrosion gases, it is necessary to shorten the water change cycle.
The equipment is equipped with a check valve (reverse current preventer) and overcurrent protection. Please pay attention to safety regulations when using it.
* Pay attention to distinguish the material differences of different models (such as SHB-ⅲ, SHB-ⅲ A, SHB-ⅲ S), and choose the appropriate model according to the properties of the gas being treated (conventional, alkaline, acidic).
