Overview
SHB-IIIA Benchtop circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump is a laboratory equipment that uses water as the working fluid and uses jet to generate negative pressure for vacuuming. It provides negative pressure conditions for processes such as evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, decompression and filtrate, and is especially suitable for Universities & colleges, scientific research institutes, laboratories and industrial trials in chemical, biochemical, food, pesticide, agricultural engineering, bioengineering and other industries.
Features
1. Recycle water to save water resources.
2. More than 35% power saving compared to other types of vacuum pumps.
3. Special fluid muffler, reducing the gas in the water to make the Vacuum Level higher, reducing gas-liquid friction to reduce noise.
4. Dual taps, dual displays, can be used alone or in parallel.
5. Acid and alkali solvent corrosion resistance.
6. The motor is provided by a familiar motor manufacturer and uses fluororubber sealing to prevent corrosion gases from invading the motor.
7. The jet and air extraction nozzle are made of 304 stainless steel, the shell, sink, tee, check valve, etc. are made of PP; the pump body and impeller are pressed with 304 stainless steel plate.
Principle
The vacuum pump uses water as the working fluid. The water flow is driven through the pump body, and a high-speed jet flow is generated in a special jet, thereby forming a negative pressure area to realize the vacuum effect on the connection system. The working water is returned to the water tank and recycled for reuse.
Applications
Universities & colleges, research institutes, laboratories and industrial trials in chemical, biochemical, food, pesticide, agricultural engineering, bioengineering and other industries
Steps
1. Make sure that the power supply of the device is 220V/50Hz and connected correctly.
2. Add enough purified water to the PP water tank to the specified volume.
3. Connect the experimental device to the air extraction nozzle as required, and double taps can be used alone or in parallel.
4. Turn on the power and start the vacuum pump.
5. Observe and adjust to the required Vacuum Level through the vacuum gauge.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and disconnect the experimental device.
Notice
• The water in the sink needs to be replaced regularly to ensure that the water quality is pure, which is conducive to ensuring the Vacuum Level.
• When used to extract corrosion gas, it is necessary to shorten the water change cycle.
• The equipment is equipped with a check valve (countercurrent prevention valve) and overcurrent protection functions, please pay attention to safety when using it.
• Pay attention to the material characteristics of the equipment, SHB-IIIA model jet and exhaust nozzle are 304 stainless steel, suitable for alkaline environment.
