Overview
GREATWALL SHB-IIIG Benchtop circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump is an acid and alkali resistant vacuum pump specially designed for laboratories. It uses circulating water as the working medium, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high Reliability and long service life. It is suitable for experimental environments that require suction of corrosion gases.

Principle
The vacuum pump uses circulating water as the working fluid and uses the jet principle to generate negative pressure. The water pump pressurizes the water in the water tank and sends it to the jet, and the high-speed water flow forms a low pressure area in the jet, so that the external gas is sucked in through the air extraction nozzle and mixed with the water flow. Then the gas and water are separated in the separation chamber, the gas is discharged, and the water is returned to the water tank for recycling, so as to realize continuous vacuuming.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Open the lid of the water tank and inject clean tap water to the specified water level.
3. Connect the device that needs to be vacuumed to the air extraction nozzle through a hose.
4. Turn on the power switch and start the vacuum pump.
5. Monitor the Vacuum Level by observing the status of the vacuum meter or experimental device.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power first, and then disconnect the exhaust hose.
7. Regularly replace the water in the tank to maintain clean water quality.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the water level of the water tank is within a safe range to avoid damage to the pump body due to dry rotation.
• Connection lines should ensure good sealing to prevent air leakage from affecting Vacuum Levels.
• This model is acid and alkali resistant, but it should still avoid inhaling gases with strong oxidation, severe reaction or possible solid deposits.
• Do not block the heat dissipation hole when the equipment is running, and place it in a well-ventilated environment.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the water tank.
Before maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply.
Do not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment without authorization.
