GRF-100EX explosion-proof speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body is a double-decked structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.

Features

1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance. 2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (-80 ℃). 3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa. 4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber plug or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer. 5. Equipped with adjustable load-bearing feet to prevent slippage during operation. 6. There is a SUS316 material tray at the bottom of the frame, which can recycle materials and avoid environment pollution. 7. Impeller adopts the design of increasing the diameter of the pole and the surface area of the blade, which has higher strength and better mixing effect.

Principle

The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body. The uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The heat exchange function of the condenser can be used for distillation to recover the reaction product. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed to meet specific experimental conditions.
