Overview
The GRF-150 variable speed double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experimental processes. The kettle body adopts a double-decked structure, which can precisely adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features

4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
5. Equipped with adjustable load-bearing feet to prevent slippage during operation.
6. There is a SUS316 material tray at the bottom of the frame, which can recycle materials and avoid environment pollution.
7. Impeller adopts the design of increasing the diameter of the pole and the surface area of the blade, which has higher strength and better mixing effect.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to meet specific experimental conditions. The uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled by a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle, and the reaction product can be recovered by distillation through the heat exchange function of the condenser.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, inject circulating liquid through the interlayer to set the material temperature in the kettle.
2. If negative pressure conditions are required, use a vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
3. Control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
4. Start the stirringdevice and set the stirring Rotation speed according to the process requirements.
5. During the reaction, the condenser can be used for distillation and recovery of the product.
6. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve.
Notice
Please ensure that the equipment is used within the specified temperature (-80 ° C to 200 ° C) and pressure (-0.1 MPa to 0 MPa) range.
● Check whether the sealing parts (such as cocks, discharge valves, "O" rings) are in good condition before operation.
When using a vacuum pump to pump negative pressure, pay attention to the Vacuum Level and do not exceed the MAX Maximum (0.095 MPa) allowed by the equipment.
Adjust the adjustable load-bearing foot to ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly and prevent sliding during operation.
Pay attention to the use of the bottom SUS316 tray and clean up the recycled materials in a timely manner.
The power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
The height of the equipment is 2630mm, and attention should be paid to the space height during operation and storage.
