Features

1. High borosilicate Glass material, with excellent physical and chemical performance. It can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ° C) to low temperature (-80 ° C). 3. It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, and the Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa. 4. The pressure range within the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa. 5. Use Teflon + FV rubber material cock or discharge valve; add "O" ring with TFE protective layer. 6. Equipped with adjustable load-bearing feet to prevent slippage during operation. 7. Add SUS316 material tray at the bottom of the frame to recycle materials and avoid environment pollution. 8. Principle

The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body. The uniform drop addition of the material is controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The reaction product is recovered by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed to meet the experimental conditions.
