Overview
GRL-5 Lifting Three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts a three-layer Glass structure, the inner jacket can be passed into the circulating liquid to adjust the material temperature, and the outer jacket can be vacuumed to achieve thermal insulation function, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. The kettle body is made of high borosilicate Glass, which has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted and lowered, and it can also be swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and kettle body cleaning.
6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble.
7. The speed regulation method is frequency conversion speed regulation.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the inner jacket of the three-layer kettle body. The outer jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump to achieve thermal insulation function. By adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, the material can be evenly dripped and the reaction product can be recovered by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser.

Steps
1. Pump the kettle to a negative pressure state as needed.
2. Adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer.
3. Control the uniform dripping of materials by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
4. Use condenser for distillation to recover reaction products.
