Overview
GRL-10EX explosion-proof lifting three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts a three-layer Glass structure, the inner jacket adjusts the material temperature through the circulating liquid, and the outer jacket is vacuumed to achieve heat preservation. It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions. The kettle body can be lifted and swirl/spin, which is easy to operate.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber or TFE protective layer, which is resistant to corrosion.
5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted or swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning.
6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble.
7. Equipped with explosion-proof motor, Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4.
8. Stirring adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, Speed range 50~ 500rpm.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the reaction temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the inner jacket of the three-layer kettle body. At the same time, the outer jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump to form a thermal insulation layer to achieve thermal insulation function. By adjusting the valve on the constant pressure funnel, the material can be controlled to be evenly dripped, and the condenser is used for heat exchange to recover the reaction product by distillation, and the kettle can be pumped to the desired negative pressure state through the vacuum system.

Steps
1. Check whether the interfaces of the equipment are firmly connected and whether the sealing is intact.
2. According to the experimental requirements, through the kettle lifting and swirl/spin function for feeding or cleaning preparation.
3. Connect the circulating fluid system to the inner jacket circulation port and set the required temperature.
4. Connect the vacuum system to the corresponding interface, and start the vacuum pump if negative pressure conditions are required.
5. Add material through constant pressure funnel or solid feeding port, adjust valve to control drop Acceleration.
6. Start the variable frequency speed stirring motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed.
7. Turn on the condensation system for reaction, distillation or condensing operations.
8. After the reaction is completed, the material is released through the discharge valve, and the equipment is cleaned and maintained.

● Power supply voltage (220-240V~, 50/60HZ) meets the requirements before use.
The operating pressure shall not exceed the specified range (-0.1MPa to normal pressure).
● Operating temperature and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket shall not exceed the allowable range (Operating temperature: -80~ 200 ℃, can withstand the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket: 90 ℃).
● Ensure that each Glass flange interface is connected correctly and sealed well to prevent leakage.
● Pay attention to smooth operation when lifting the kettle body to avoid collisions.
● For components with anti-corrosion coatings such as temperature sensors and stirring shafts, avoid scratching with sharp objects when using them.
● The equipment has explosion-proof function, but it still needs to be used in an environment that meets explosion-proof requirements.
● Use appropriate detergent when cleaning to avoid damage to Glass surface and sealing material.
