Overview
GRL-30EX explosion-proof lifting three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts a three-layer structure, the inner jacket can adjust the material temperature through circulating liquid, and the outer jacket can be vacuumed to achieve heat preservation. The kettle body can be lifted and swirled/spun 120 °, which is easy to operate and clean.
Features
1. High borosilicate Glass material, with excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber material or additional TFE protective layer, which is resistant to corrosion.
5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted or swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning.
6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble.
7. Equipped with explosion-proof motor, Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the reaction temperature of the material in the kettle by introducing a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the inner jacket of the three-layer kettle body. The outer jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump to form an insulation layer to reduce heat loss. By adjusting the valve on the constant pressure funnel, the material can be evenly dripped, and the condenser is used for heat exchange to recover the reaction product by distillation. The stirring system is driven by a frequency conversion motor, which can continuously adjust the speed in the range of 50 to 500 rpm to promote the uniform reaction.

Steps
1. Check whether the interface connection of the equipment is firm and whether the sealing parts are in good condition.
2. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the position of the kettle body through lifting and swirl/spin functions for feeding.
3. Connect the circulating fluid system to the inlet and outlet of the inner jacket and set the required temperature.
4. Connect the vacuum pump to the corresponding interface, and perform vacuum operation if negative pressure conditions are required.
5. Start the stirring motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
6. Acceleration of material by constant pressure funnel and its regulating valve.
7. During the reaction, the product can be recovered by distillation of the condenser.
8. After the reaction, turn off the heating, stirring and vacuum systems.
9. Discharge the material through the discharge valve, and use the characteristics of the kettle body that can be lifted and swirled/spun for cleaning.
Notice
Please ensure that the equipment is used within the calibrated temperature (-80~ 200 ° C) and pressure (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa) range, and it is strictly forbidden to operate beyond the limit.
● The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 ° C to prevent the Glass from cracking due to thermal stress.
● Be sure to check the sealing of all flange interfaces before operation to ensure no leakage.
● When lifting and swirling/spinning the kettle body, the action should be smooth to avoid collision with surrounding parts.
● Avoid using sharp or hard tools to scrape the inner wall of Glass when cleaning.
● The power supply of the equipment is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ, please ensure that the power supply matches.
● When using explosion-proof environment, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment is well grounded and strictly abide by the operating procedures of explosion-proof electrical equipment.
