Overview
GRL-50 Lifting Three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has two layers of Glass jacketing, the inner jacketing is used to pass circulating liquid to adjust the material temperature in the kettle, and the outer jacketing can be vacuumed to achieve thermal insulation function, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber plug or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted or swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning.
6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble.
7. Stirring adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the reaction temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the inner Glass jacket of the kettle body. At the same time, the outer Glass jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state to form an insulation layer to reduce heat loss. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum system to meet the experimental conditions, the material can be uniformly dropwise controlled by a constant pressure funnel, and the heat exchange is carried out through a condenser to recover the reaction product by distillation.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the position of the kettle body by lifting and swirl/spin functions, and perform feeding or connecting Miscellaneous components.
2. Connect the circulating liquid system to the liquid inlet and outlet circulation port of the inner layer jacket of the kettle to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle.
3. Connect the vacuum system to the corresponding interface, and pump the inner or outer jacket of the kettle to the required vacuum state.
4. Through the constant pressure funnel and its regulating valve to control the uniform drop of materials.
5. Start the variable frequency stirring motor and set the appropriate stirring Rotation speed.
6. During the reaction, the product can be recovered by distillation of the condenser.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve, and the characteristics of separability and swirl/spin of the kettle body can be used for cleaning.
Notice
• Please ensure that it is used within the range of Operating temperature (-80~ 200 ℃) and pressure (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa) calibrated by the equipment.
• The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket shall not exceed 90 ° C.
• Before use, please check whether all flange interfaces and seals (such as "O" rings, plug valves) are in good condition and installed correctly to ensure sealing.
• Smooth operation is required when lifting and swirling/spinning the kettle body to avoid collisions with surrounding components.
• Ensure that the power supply specifications (220-240V~, 50/60HZ) match the local power supply.
When the equipment is running, do not touch high or low temperature surfaces to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Glass parts should be protected when cleaning to avoid scratching or severe temperature difference Impact.
