Overview
GRL-50EX Lifting Three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has two layers of Glass jackets, the inner jacket is used to pass circulating liquid to adjust the material temperature in the kettle, and the outer jacket can be vacuumed to achieve thermal insulation function, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted or swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning.
6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble.
7. Equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation stirring motor, Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
8. Explosion-proof level of the whole machine is Exd ⅱ BT4.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the reaction temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the inner jacket of the three-layer kettle body. At the same time, the outer jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state to form a thermal insulation layer to achieve thermal insulation function. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum system to meet specific experimental conditions. The constant pressure funnel is used to control the uniform dropwise addition of the material, and the heat exchange is carried out through a condenser to recover the reaction products by distillation.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the position of the kettle body through lifting and swirl/spin functions for easy feeding or cleaning.
2. Connect the circulating liquid system to the inlet and outlet of the inner jacket to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle.
3. Connect the vacuum pump to the corresponding interface, and the inner or outer jacket of the kettle can be pumped to the desired vacuum state.
4. Through the constant pressure funnel and its regulating valve to control the uniform drop of materials.
5. Start the variable frequency speed stirring motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed.
6. During the reaction process, the product can be distilled and recovered by condenser.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Operating Pressure is within the tolerable range of the kettle body (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa).
• During operation, it should be noted that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 ° C.
• Ensure that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ.
• When using temperature sensors, stirring shafts and other components, please pay attention to their anti-corrosion material characteristics.
