Principle
The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle achieves temperature control of the material in the kettle by introducing a circulating heat conducting medium (such as freezing liquid or heating oil) into the jacket layer. Driven by a variable frequency motor, the stirring system mixes the material. The reaction can be carried out at a set temperature, pressure (vacuum or normal pressure) and stirring speed. The material can be added through the feeding port, the product can be released through the side discharge valve, and the volatile matter can be recovered by the condenser.

Steps
1. Check whether the components of the equipment are well connected, move the equipment to a suitable position, and lock the casters.
2. According to the process requirements, connect the temperature control system through the jacket circulation port.
3. Adjust the kettle body to a suitable height through the lifting mechanism for feeding or cleaning.
4. Connect the vacuum system (if necessary) to the appropriate interface.
5. Set the required stirring speed and temperature parameters.
6. Start the equipment and perform the reaction operation.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the side discharge valve.
8. Clean the equipment, lower the kettle body, and turn off the power.
