Overview
GRL-5 lift double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer two-layer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted and lowered, and it can also be swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and kettle body cleaning.
6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble.
7. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation.
It can withstand the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket up to 80 ° C.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle is a double-decked structure, which adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed to meet the experimental conditions. By adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, the uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled, and the heat exchange function of the condenser can be used for distillation to recover the reaction product.
