GRL-10EX explosion-proof lifting double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experimental processes. The kettle body adopts double-decked structure, which can adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle through the interlayer circulating liquid, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions to meet diverse experimental needs.
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance. 2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in -80 ℃ to 200 ℃. 3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa. 4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber plug or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer. 5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted and swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning. 6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble. 7. Equipped with explosion-proof motor, Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4. 8. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation mode, and the stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. During the experiment, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled by adjusting the valve on the constant pressure funnel. The condenser is used for heat exchange, and the reaction product can be recovered by distillation. The propelled Impeller stirres the material under the drive of the motor to promote the reaction or mixing.

1. Check whether the components of the equipment are connected in good condition to ensure sealing. 2. According to the experimental requirements, the circulating liquid at the required temperature is introduced into the interlayer through the jacket circulation port. 3. If negative pressure conditions are required, connect the vacuum pump to the corresponding interface and pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level. 4. Acceleration through solid feeding port or constant pressure funnel, controlled by regulating valve. 5. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed. 6. During the reaction process, the temperature in the kettle can be monitored by a temperature sensor. 7. After the reaction, stop stirring and heating/chilling down the cycle. 8. Release the product through the discharge valve, or use the condensation system for distillation recovery. 9. Lift and swirl/spin the kettle body for thorough cleaning of the kettle body.
