Overview
GRL-20 lift double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber and the "O" ring with TFE protective layer are used, which has good sealing performance.
5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted or swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning.
6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble.
7. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
Principle
The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to meet the experimental conditions. The material can be uniformly added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel, and the reaction product can be recovered by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser.

Steps
1. According to the experimental needs, inject circulating liquid into the interlayer of the kettle body to set the temperature.
2. Pump the kettle to the required negative pressure through a vacuum pump.
3. Control the uniform dripping of materials through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
4. Start the stirringdevice and set the appropriate Rotation speed.
5. Use condenser for distillation to recover reaction products.
6. After the reaction, it can be lifted or swirled/spun for easy discharge and cleaning.

● Operating temperature is within the allowable range of -80 ° C to 200 ° C.
Please ensure that the operating pressure is in a vacuum or normal pressure state, and the pressure in the kettle does not exceed 0 MPa or less than -0.1 MPa.
● Note that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 ° C.
