GRL-20EX explosion-proof lifting double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The Reaction Kettle adopts double-decked kettle structure, which adjusts the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions to meet diverse experimental needs.

The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber plug or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer. 5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted and lowered, and it can also be swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and kettle body cleaning. 6. The kettle body of the double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle has two inner and outer layers. By injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer, the temperature of the material in the kettle is adjusted by the principle of heat exchange. During the reaction process, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the material can be uniformly dripped by adjusting the valve on the constant pressure funnel. The steam generated by the reaction can be heat exchanged through the condenser to realize the function of distillation to recover the product.

1. Check whether the components of the equipment are well connected. 2. According to the experimental requirements, inject the circulating liquid of the required temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body through the jacket circulation port. 3. If negative pressure operation is required, connect the vacuum pump to the corresponding interface and pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level. 4. Add material to the kettle through the solid feeding port or constant pressure funnel, and control the drop Acceleration through the regulating valve. 5. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed (50~ 500rpm) to start the reaction. 6. During the reaction process, the temperature in the kettle can be monitored by a temperature sensor. 7. After the reaction, stop stirring and heating/chilling down the cycle. 8. Discharge or clean by lifting and swirling/spinning kettle body.
