Overview

GRL-30 lift double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an instrument produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.

Features

1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance. 2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in -80 ℃ to 200 ℃. 3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa. 4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer. 5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted or swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning. 6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble. 7. Stirring using variable frequency speed motor, Speed range of 50~ 500rpm.

Principle

The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The reactor can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum system to meet specific experimental conditions. The constant pressure funnel is used to control the uniform dropwise addition of the material, and the heat exchange is carried out through the condenser to recover the reaction product by distillation.
