GRL-30EX explosion-proof lifting double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The Reaction Kettle adopts double-decked kettle structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle through interlayer circulating liquid, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions to meet diverse experimental needs.

The kettle body of the double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle has two inner and outer layers. By injecting a circulating liquid (such as heat transfer oil or chill down liquid) at a certain temperature into the interlayer, the temperature of the circulating liquid is used to adjust the reaction temperature of the material in the kettle. During the reaction process, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum system to meet specific experimental conditions. The material can be uniformly added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel, and the reaction product can be recovered by distillation through a condenser.

1. Check whether the parts of the equipment are firmly connected and whether the sealing is good. 2. According to the experimental requirements, the circulating liquid of the set temperature is passed through the jacket circulation port, and the temperature in the kettle is adjusted. 3. Adjust the position of the kettle body through lifting and swirl/spin functions for feeding operation. 4. Start the stirring motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed through the frequency converter. 5. If negative pressure conditions are required, connect the vacuum system to evacuate the kettle. 6. Acceleration of material by constant pressure funnel control. 7. During the reaction process, the product can be condensed and recovered by condenser. 8. After the reaction, stop the stirring and heating/chilling down cycle, and release the material through the discharge valve. 9. Lift and swirl/spin the kettle body to clean the kettle body.
