Overview
GRL-50 lift double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, and the Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa.
4. The pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
5. The plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber and the "O" ring with TFE protective layer are used, which has good sealing performance.
6. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted or swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning.
7. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect can be guaranteed, and easy to disassemble.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The uniform dropping of the material is controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The heat exchange function of the condenser is used for distillation to recover the reaction product. During the reaction process, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, lift or swirl/spin the kettle body to a suitable position for feeding.
2. Connect the circulating liquid system and inject the circulating liquid at the required temperature into the interlayer to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle.
3. Control the uniform dripping of materials through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
4. Start the stirring motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed by variable frequency speed regulation.
5. If negative pressure conditions are required, connect the vacuum system to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
6. Use condenser for distillation to recover reaction products.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve and the kettle body is cleaned.
Notice
● Operating temperature within the specified range of -80 ° C to 200 ° C.
Please ensure that the operating pressure in the kettle is within the range of -0.1MPa to 0MPa.
● Note that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 ° C.
Please check the integrity of each flange interface and sealing piece before use.
● Please pay attention to operation safety when lifting and swirling/spinning kettle body to avoid collision.
● The power requirements are 220-240V~, 50/60HZ.
