Overview
GRL-50EX explosion-proof lifting double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a kind of equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body is double-decked structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle through the interlayer circulating liquid, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions to meet diverse experimental needs.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. Use Teflon + FV rubber material cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer, good sealing and corrosion resistance.
5. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted or swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning.
6. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect is good and easy to disassemble.
7. Equipped with explosion-proof motor, Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4.
8. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to meet specific experimental conditions. The material can be uniformly added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel, and the reaction product is recovered by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the position of the kettle body through lifting and swirl/spin functions to facilitate feeding.
2. Connect the circulating liquid system and feed the circulating liquid at the required temperature into the interlayer to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle.
3. Connect the vacuum system and pump the kettle to the required negative pressure.
4. Control the uniform dripping of materials through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
5. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed for reaction.
6. During the reaction, the condenser can be used for distillation recovery of the product.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve, and the kettle body can be lifted and lowered for easy cleaning.
Notice
• Please ensure that it is used within the range of operating temperature (-80~ 200 ℃) and operating pressure (-0.1MPa~ normal pressure) calibrated by the equipment.
• Note that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 ° C.
• Please check the integrity of each flange interface and sealing piece before use to ensure the sealing effect.
• Smooth operation is required when lifting and swirling/spinning the kettle body to avoid collisions.
• The power supply of the device is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Glass parts should be protected when cleaning to avoid scratching by hard objects.
• When using in an explosion-proof environment, it is necessary to strictly abide by the relevant explosion-proof safety regulations.
