Overview
GRL-100 lift double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
It can be used in a wide temperature range from high temperature (200 ° C) to low temperature (-80 ° C).
3. It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, and the Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa.
4. The pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
5. The plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber and the "O" ring with TFE protective layer are used, which has good sealing performance.
6. The kettle body and the kettle cover are separated, the kettle body can be lifted or swirled/spun 120 °, which is convenient for feeding and cleaning.
7. Glass interface using flange connection, sealing effect can be guaranteed, and easy to disassemble.
8. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation.
9. Adopt variable frequency speed motor, Stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The heat exchange function of the condenser can be used for distillation to recover the reaction product. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state to meet specific experimental conditions.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, pump the kettle body to the required negative pressure state.
2. Adjust the material in the kettle to the target temperature by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer.
3. By adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle.
4. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed for reaction.
5. If necessary, use condenser for distillation to recover the reaction product.
6. After the reaction, it can be easily discharged and cleaned by lifting and swirling/spinning the kettle body.
Notice
• Temperature range of the kettle body is -80~ 200 ℃, do not exceed this range during operation.
• The operating pressure range in the kettle is -0.1MPa to normal pressure, please do not use it under overpressure.
• The temperature difference of the kettle body is 80 ° C to avoid sudden temperature changes.
• Please use the specified power supply: 220-240V~, 50/60Hz.
• Dimensions of the equipment are large (about 1100 * 1300 * 2655mm), please reserve enough installation and operation space.
• Before use, please check whether the glass flange interface and sealing parts (such as "O" rings) are in good condition to ensure the sealing effect.
• Impeller shaft is stainless steel outsourcing tetrafluoroethylene, and the temperature sensor is stainless steel surface fluoride. Please pay attention to avoid sharp objects scratching the anti-corrosion layer when using it.
