Overview
GRSL-20 variable speed double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under negative pressure.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (-80 ℃).
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. The frame is made of stainless steel, anti-corrosion.
6. The reaction system can be lifted and lowered for easy operation and cleaning.
7. Equipped with 316 material receiving tray, recyclable materials to prevent pollution of the environment.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state by a vacuum pump to meet the experimental conditions. The uniform dropwise addition of the material is controlled by a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle, and the reaction product is recovered by distillation through the heat exchange function of the condenser.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the reaction system to the appropriate height through the lifting device.
2. Inject circulating liquid at the required temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle.
3. If negative pressure conditions are required, use a vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
4. Through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, control the material to be evenly added to the kettle.
5. Start the stirring motor and set the required Rotation speed within the range of 50~ 500rpm for stirring reaction.
6. During or after the reaction, the condenser can be used for distillation to recover the product.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material can be released through the discharge valve and received using a receiving tray.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220-240V~, 50/60Hz, Power matching.
• Before operation, please check the Glass kettle body for crazing or damage to ensure that the sealing ring is intact.
• When introducing circulating liquid into the interlayer, please note that the temperature should not exceed the range of use of the equipment calibration (-80 ° C to 200 ° C).
When vacuuming, please note that the pressure in the kettle should not exceed the acceptable range (-0.1MPa to 0MPa).
Do not exceed Max. Torque 0.6N.m when stirring, and avoid high-speed idling when there is no material or too little material.
• When feeding, please control the drop Acceleration through the regulating valve to avoid too fast or pressure Impact.
• When cleaning, please lower the reaction system to a suitable position and use a suitable cleaning agent to avoid hard objects scratching the Glass surface.
• Please check the status of electrical parts, mechanical transmission parts and sealing parts regularly.
