Overview
Speed-regulated double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle GRSL-30 is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, and the material temperature in the kettle can be adjusted by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer to meet the needs of different experimental conditions.

Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the material can be evenly added by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. At the same time, the heat exchange function of the condenser can realize the distillation recovery of the reaction product.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, inject the circulating liquid at the required temperature into the Reaction Kettle interlayer.
2. If negative pressure conditions are required, pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
3. Through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, control the material to be evenly added to the kettle.
4. Start the stirringdevice and set the stirring Rotation speed according to the experimental requirements.
5. Use condenser for distillation to recover reaction products.
6. After the experiment, the reaction system can be raised and lowered for easy cleaning.

• Please ensure that it is used within the temperature (-80 ° C to 200 ° C) and pressure (-0.1MPa to 0MPa) range of the equipment calibration.
• When operating the negative pressure state, note that the Vacuum Level should not exceed 0.095 MPa.
• Acceleration of material drops should be precisely controlled through the regulating valve when using constant pressure funnel or feeding bottle.
• Pay attention to keep the receiving tray clean to effectively recycle materials and prevent environmental pollution.
• When cleaning or operating, a liftable frame system can be used to ensure safety.
• Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (220-240V~, 50/60Hz).
