Overview
GRSL-50 variable speed double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for experimental processes such as material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc. The kettle body adopts a double-decked structure, which can precisely adjust the reaction temperature of the materials in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer.
Features
1. The kettle body is made of high borosilicate Glass, which has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa~ 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
5. The frame is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
6. The reaction system can be lifted and lowered for easy operation and cleaning.
7. Equipped with 316 material receiving tray, recyclable materials to prevent pollution of the environment.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. During the experiment, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the material can be evenly dripped by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the valve on the feeding bottle. Using the heat exchange function of the matching condenser, the reaction product can be distilled and recovered.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the reaction system to the appropriate height through the lifting device.
2. Inject the circulating liquid at the required temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body to set the reaction temperature of the material.
3. Connect the vacuum system and pump the kettle to the required negative pressure.
4. Through the constant pressure funnel or feeding bottle, and adjust its valve, evenly drop the material into the kettle.
5. Start the stirring motor and set the required Rotation speed within the range of 50~ 500rpm for stirring reaction.
6. During or after the reaction, the condenser can be used for distillation recovery of the product.
7. After the reaction is completed, use the pick-up tray to recover the material and perform system cleaning.
Notice
Please ensure that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60Hz, Power 140W (reduction ratio 3).
● Before operation, please check whether the Glass kettle body is crazing or damaged, and ensure that it is used within the safe pressure (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa) and temperature (-80 ℃~ 200 ℃) range.
When vacuuming, note that the Vacuum Level should not exceed 0.095 MPa.
● When using constant pressure funnel feeding, slowly adjust the valve to control the drop Acceleration.
The lifting reaction system needs to operate smoothly to avoid collisions.
● Glass parts and Teflon, TFE sealing parts should be protected when cleaning.
