Overview
GRSL-50EX explosion-proof speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts double-decked structure, and the material temperature in the kettle is adjusted by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and it can work under normal and negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (-80 ℃).
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. The frame is made of stainless steel, anti-corrosion.
6. The reaction system can be lifted and lowered for easy operation and cleaning.
7. Equipped with 316 material receiving tray, recyclable materials to prevent pollution of the environment.
Principle
The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer. The uniform dropping of the material can be controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The heat exchange function of the condenser can be used to recover the reaction product by distillation. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state to meet the experimental conditions.

Steps
1. According to the experimental needs, install the Reaction Kettle system in place.
2. Set and adjust the temperature of the material in the double-decked kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body.
3. Pump the kettle to the required negative pressure as required.
4. By adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, control the material to be evenly added to the kettle.
5. Start stirring and adjust Rotation speed in the range of 50~ 500rpm according to material viscosity and other conditions.
6. During the reaction, condenser can be used for distillation recovery.
7. After the reaction is completed, it can be easily operated and cleaned by the lifting system.

• Please ensure that it is used within the temperature (-80 ° C to 200 ° C) and pressure (-0.1MPa to 0MPa) range of the equipment calibration.
• Before operation, please check whether the sealing parts (such as Teflon + FV rubber cock, "O" ring with TFE protective layer) are in good condition.
• Note that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60Hz, please match it.
• Use the pick-up tray to recycle materials to prevent environmental pollution.
• Please pay attention to the safety of operation when lifting the reaction system.
