Overview
GRSL-80 variable speed double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts double-decked structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. High borosilicate Glass material, with excellent physical and chemical performance.
It can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ° C) to low temperature (-80 ° C).
3. It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, and the Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa.
4. The pressure range within the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
5. Teflon + FV rubber plug or discharge valve; "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
6. Frame is made of stainless steel, anti-corrosion.
7. The reaction system can be lifted and lowered for easy operation and cleaning.
8. Equipped with 316 material receiving tray, recyclable materials to prevent pollution of the environment.
Principle
The reactor body of the Reaction Kettle has two inner and outer layers. The temperature of the material in the kettle is adjusted by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer. The uniform drop addition of the material is controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The reaction product is recovered by distillation of the heat exchange function of the condenser. The reactor can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed to meet the experimental conditions.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. Assemble the Reaction Kettle system according to the experimental requirements.
2. Set and adjust the temperature of the material in the double-decked kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body.
3. Start the stirring motor and set the required Rotation speed within the range of 50~ 500rpm.
4. If negative pressure conditions are required, connect the vacuum pump and pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level (up to 0.095 MPa).
5. Control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
6. During the reaction, condenser can be used for distillation recovery.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged through the discharge valve and recycled using the receiving tray.
8. Lifting reaction system for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60Hz.
• Before operation, please confirm that the kettle body and all connecting parts are in good condition without crazing or damage.
• When introducing circulating liquid into the interlayer, please pay attention to the Temperature range (-80 ° C to 200 ° C) to avoid sharp temperature difference leading to Glass cracking.
When vacuuming, ensure that the Vacuum Level does not exceed the MAX Maximum (0.095MPa) allowed by the equipment, and the pressure in the kettle is within the range of -0.1MPa to 0MPa.
• Do not exceed Max. Torque 1.7N.m when stirring, and avoid foreign objects falling into the kettle to damage the Impeller.
• When using a Teflon + FV rubber cock or valve, pay attention to its corrosion resistance and temperature range.
• When lifting the reaction system, please pay attention to smooth operation and avoid collisions.
• After the experiment, please clean the kettle body and pipeline in time to prevent residual corrosion or blockage of materials.
• Please use the matching 316 material receiving tray to prevent material leakage from polluting the environment.
