Overview
GRSL-80EX explosion-proof speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experimental processes. The kettle body adopts double-decked structure, which can precisely adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer to meet the needs of different experimental conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
5. The frame is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
6. The reaction system can be lifted and lowered for easy operation and cleaning.
7. Equipped with 316 material receiving tray, recyclable materials to prevent pollution of the environment.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle realizes stirring by motor drive, and the speed range is 50~ 500rpm. Its double-decked kettle structure allows a circulating liquid at a certain temperature to be injected into the interlayer to heat or chill down the material in the kettle to adjust and control the reaction temperature. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state, and the uniform dropwise addition of materials can be controlled by devices such as constant pressure funnel, and distillation recovery is carried out in combination with condenser.

Steps
1. Install the equipment to ensure that the interfaces are firmly connected.
2. According to the experimental requirements, inject the circulating liquid into the jacket of the double-decked kettle body to set the temperature.
3. Pump the kettle to the required negative pressure through the vacuum system.
4. Start the stirring motor and adjust the Rotation speed as needed.
5. Through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, the material is evenly dripped into the kettle.
6. During the reaction process, the condenser can be used for distillation and recovery of the product.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve and recycled using the receiving tray.
8. Lifting reaction system, easy to clean the kettle body.
