GRSL-100EX explosion-proof speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.

The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to meet the experimental conditions. The material can be evenly added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel or a feeding bottle, and the reaction product is recovered by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser.

1. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the Reaction Kettle to the appropriate height through the lifting function. 2. Connect the circulating liquid system and inject the circulating liquid at the required temperature into the interlayer to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle. 3. Connect the vacuum system and pump the kettle to the required negative pressure state. 4. Control the uniform dripping of materials through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. 5. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed (50~ 500rpm). 6. During the reaction, the condenser is used for distillation recovery of the product. 7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, and recycled using the receiving tray. 8. Clean and maintain the equipment.
