Overview
The GRS-20 speed-regulated double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experimental processes. The kettle body adopts a double-decked structure, which can precisely adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer to meet the needs of different experimental conditions.
Features
1. The kettle body is made of high borosilicate Glass, which has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (-80 ℃).
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber plug or discharge valve, and the "O" ring with TFE protective layer, which has good sealing performance.
5. The frame is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
6. Equipped with 316 material receiving tray, easy to recycle materials and prevent environment pollution.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle drives the Impeller through a speed-regulating motor to achieve a stirring Rotation speed of 50~ 500rpm. The interlayer of the double-decked kettle body can be fed with a circulating liquid at a certain temperature to heat or chill down the material in the kettle, so as to precisely control the reaction temperature. During the experiment, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the material can be evenly dripped through a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The reaction product can be recycled by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. Check whether the components of the equipment are well connected.
2. According to the experimental requirements, inject the circulating liquid of the set temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body.
3. Put the material through the feeding port.
4. If negative pressure conditions are required, connect the vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
5. Start the stirring motor and set the required Rotation speed.
6. Acceleration of drops is controlled by constant pressure funnel or feeding bottle regulating valve.
7. During the reaction, condenser can be used for distillation recovery.
8. After the reaction is completed, collect the product through the discharge valve and use the feed tray to prevent dripping.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220-240V~, 50/60Hz.
• The operating pressure shall not exceed the specified range (normal pressure or negative pressure, the pressure range in the kettle: -0.1MPa~ 0MPa).
• Pay attention to the height of the equipment (2135mm) and the height of the discharge valve from the ground (550mm) to ensure the safety of the operating space.
• Before use, make sure that each standard grinding port (such as 24 #, 34 #, 40 #, 50 #, 80 #) is tightly connected to prevent leakage.
• When using under extreme conditions of high temperature or low temperature, pay attention to the effect of temperature changes on Glass and seals.
• Regularly check whether the mixing system (Max. Torque 0.6N.m) is operating properly.
• Keep the 316 material receiving tray clean for material recycling and environment protection.
