Overview
GRS-20EX explosion-proof speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
5. The frame is made of stainless steel, anti-corrosion.
6. Equipped with 316 material receiving tray, recyclable materials to prevent pollution of the environment.
7. Adopt variable frequency speed motor, Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4.
8. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, it is convenient to discharge.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to meet specific experimental conditions. Use a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle to control the uniform dropping of the material, and carry out distillation through the heat exchange function of the condenser to recover the reaction product.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Standards
Explosion-proof level: Exd ⅱ BT4
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, inject circulating liquid into the Reaction Kettle interlayer to set the temperature.
2. Pump the kettle to the required negative pressure through a vacuum pump.
3. Control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
4. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the stirring Rotation speed to react.
5. Use condenser for distillation to recover reaction products.
6. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, and recycled using the receiving tray.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Operating Pressure is within the tolerable range of the kettle body (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa).
The operating temperature should be strictly controlled within the specified range of -80 ° C to 200 ° C.
• Note that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 ° C.
• Before use, please check whether the sealing parts (such as cocks, discharge valves, "O" rings) are in good condition.
• Ensure that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ.
• Please pay attention to the explosion-proof requirements when operating, and the explosion-proof level of the equipment is Exd II BT4.
• Pay attention to the effective height (550mm) of the discharge valve from the ground when discharging.
• Use the pick-up tray to recycle materials to prevent environmental pollution.
