GRS-50 double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, and the material temperature in the kettle can be adjusted by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and it can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.

Features

Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (-80 ℃). 3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa. 4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber plug or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer. 5. The frame is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion. 6. Equipped with 316 material receiving tray, easy to recycle materials and prevent pollution of the environment.

Principle

The Reaction Kettle adjusts the reaction temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The uniform dropwise addition of the material is controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The heat exchange function of the condenser is used for distillation to recover the reaction product. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed to meet specific experimental conditions.
