Overview
GRS-50EX explosion-proof speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experimental processes. The kettle body adopts double-decked structure, which can precisely adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions.

4. The plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber and the "O" ring with TFE protective layer are used, which has good sealing performance.
5. The frame is made of stainless steel, anti-corrosion.
6. Equipped with 316 material receiving tray, recyclable materials to prevent pollution of the environment.
7. Adopt variable frequency speed motor, Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4, Stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
Principle
The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body. The uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The heat exchange function of the condenser can be used for distillation to recover the reaction product. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state to meet specific experimental conditions.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, connect the thermostatic circulation equipment through the inlet and outlet of the circulating liquid in the interlayer of the kettle body, and set and adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle.
2. Connect the vacuum pump through the vacuum interface to pump the kettle to the required negative pressure state.
3. Add the material through the constant pressure funnel interface or the liquid feeding port, and use the regulating valve to control the uniform drop addition of the material.
4. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed (50~ 500rpm) for stirring reaction.
5. During or after the reaction, the condenser can be used for distillation to recover the reaction product.
6. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation, and the 316 material receiving tray is used to receive the material.
Notice
* Please ensure that the equipment is used within the allowable Operating temperature (-80~ 200 ℃) and operating pressure (-0.1MPa~ normal pressure) range.
The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket must not exceed 90 degrees Celsius.
* The power supply of the device is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ, please ensure that the power supply matches.
* Before use, please check whether the sealing parts (such as cocks, discharge valves, "O" rings) are in good condition to ensure sealing.
Please pay attention to safety when operating, especially when handling high temperature, low temperature or vacuum conditions.
* The effective size of the discharge valve from the ground is 550mm. Please reserve enough space and use the receiving tray when discharging.
* The equipment frame and some components are made of stainless steel, but it is still necessary to avoid contact with strong corrosion chemicals to prolong the service life.
* Stirring shaft for stainless steel outer PTFE, temperature sensor for stainless steel surface bread fluorine, please pay attention to avoid mechanical damage to its anti-corrosion layer.
