Overview
GR-10 Single-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. It can work under normal or negative pressure conditions, control material dropwise addition by adjusting the constant pressure funnel, and use condenser for distillation recovery.
Features
1. The kettle body is made of high borosilicate Glass, which has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (-80 ℃).
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. The mixing system adopts fully anti-corrosion and wear-resistant stirring bearings, the Impeller is a propulsion type, and the shaft is a stainless steel outer PTFE.
6. Adopt the side discharge valve design without liquid accumulation, and the discharge is convenient.
7. Stirring motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
8. The temperature sensor adopts stainless steel surface fluorine to achieve double anti-corrosion.
Principle
The single-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. By pumping the kettle to a negative pressure state to meet the experimental conditions. The material is uniformly dripped through a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle. During the reaction process, the heat exchange function of the condenser is used to recycle the reaction product by distillation.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, add the reaction material to the kettle.
2. Pump the kettle to the required negative pressure through the vacuum system.
3. Adjust the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle to control the drip Acceleration of the material.
4. Start the stirring motor and adjust it to the required Rotation speed (50~ 500rpm) through the frequency converter.
5. Carry out reaction operations such as synthesis, distillation or condensing.
6. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation.
Notice
• Please ensure that it is used within the range of pressure (-0.1MPa to 0MPa) and temperature (-80 ° C to 200 ° C) calibrated by the equipment.
• Before operation, check the Glass kettle body for crazing or damage to ensure that the high borosilicate Glass parts are in good condition.
• Pay attention to the sealing of the mixing system and use fully anti-corrosion and wear-resistant stirring bearings.
• When using a Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, pay attention to its suitability.
• When connecting each grinding port and flange port, ensure that the sealing is good to prevent leakage.
• The power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60Hz, please match it.
• Pay attention to the effective size (355mm) of the discharge valve from the ground when discharging.
• Regularly check the status of anti-corrosion parts such as temperature sensors.
