Overview
GR-50 single-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body is a single-layer structure, which can be pumped into a negative pressure state according to needs to meet the experimental conditions. The constant pressure funnel controls the uniform drop addition of materials, and uses a condenser for distillation recovery.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
It can be used in a wide Temperature range from high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (-80 ℃).
3. It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, and the Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa.
4. The pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
5. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
6. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, convenient discharge.
7. The mixing system adopts mechanical sealing, push-type Impeller, and the stirring shaft is stainless steel wrapped PTFE, which is anti-corrosion and durable.
8. Stirring motor using frequency control, Speed range 50~ 500rpm, stable speed.
9. The temperature sensor adopts stainless steel surface polytetrafluoroethylene, double anti-corrosion.
Principle
The single-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is mainly used for material reaction. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to create the required reaction environment. The material can be evenly dripped into the kettle through a constant pressure funnel, and the material can be fully mixed and reacted through a stirring system. The steam generated during the reaction can be condensed and recovered through a condenser to achieve distillation or condensing functions.
