Overview
GR-80 single-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is an instrument produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body is a single-layer structure, which can be pumped into a negative pressure state according to needs to meet the experimental conditions. The material is evenly dripped by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, and the condenser is used for distillation recovery.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
It can be used in a wide Temperature range from high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (-80 ℃).
3. It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, and the Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa.
4. The pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
5. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
6. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, the effective size of the discharge valve from the ground is 340mm.
7. Stirring with mechanical sealing, push-type Impeller, shaft for stainless steel outer PTFE.
8. The temperature sensor adopts stainless steel surface polytetrafluoroethylene to achieve double anti-corrosion.
9. Stirring motor adopts 250W variable frequency speed motor, stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
Principle
The single-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experimental processes. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum system to create the required experimental conditions. The material is added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel or a feeding bottle, and the drop Acceleration is controlled by a regulating valve. During the reaction process, the heat exchange function of the condenser can be used to distillate and recover the reaction products.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, the Reaction Kettle is pumped into the required negative pressure state through the vacuum system.
2. Through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, control the material to drop evenly into the Reaction Kettle.
3. Start the stirring motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed (50~ 500rpm) by variable frequency speed regulation.
4. Conduct experimental operations such as material synthesis and reaction.
5. When necessary, use the heat exchange function of the condenser to distillation and recovery of the reaction product.
6. After the experiment, discharge the material through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation.
Notice
• The operating pressure range of this equipment is vacuum or atmospheric pressure, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1MPa~ 0MPa. Please do not use it under overpressure.
• Temperature range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃, do not exceed this Temperature range.
• Make sure the power supply is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ and is properly grounded.
• Please pay attention to the vulnerability of each Glass part during operation to avoid collision.
• When using Teflon + FV rubber cocks or valves, pay attention to their operating temperature and chemical compatibility.
• The mixing system is mechanical sealing, please ensure that there is no foreign object stuck during operation.
When discharging, please pay attention to the effective height of the discharging valve from the ground (340mm) and the placement of the receiving container.
