Overview
GR-100 single-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body is a single-layer structure, which can be pumped into a negative pressure state according to needs. The material is evenly dripped by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, and the condenser is used for distillation recovery.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
It can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ° C) to low temperature (-80 ° C).
3. It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, and the Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa.
4. The pressure range within the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
5. Use Teflon + FV rubber material cock or discharge valve; add "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
6. Stirring motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
7. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, which is convenient for material discharge.
Principle
The single-layer Glass Reaction Kettle mixes the materials in the kettle by driving a push-type Impeller through a stirring motor. During the experiment, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state to meet specific conditions. The materials are evenly dripped into the Reaction Kettle through a constant pressure funnel or a feeding bottle, and the steam generated during the reaction is condensed and recovered after heat exchange by a condenser. The kettle body is a single-layer structure, and the temperature of the materials in the kettle is mainly adjusted by external heating or chilling down devices (such as heating baths and low temperature circulation tanks).
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing
Steps
1. Check whether the interfaces of the device are firmly connected and whether the power connection is normal.
2. According to the experimental requirements, pump the kettle to the required negative pressure state through the vacuum interface.
3. Add the material through the solid feeding port or the liquid feeding port.
4. Start the stirring motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
5. Reaction Kettle is heated or chilled down by external temperature control equipment (such as heating jacket, circulating bath) to control the reaction temperature.
6. Acceleration of the subsequent material can be controlled by a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle during the reaction.
7. The steam generated by the reaction is condensed by the condenser and flows into the recovery bottle for collection.
8. After the reaction, turn off the stirring and heating/chilling down system and release the vacuum (if applicable).
9. Discharge the material in the kettle through the discharge valve on the side.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure that the equipment operates within the allowable temperature (-80 ° C to 200 ° C) and pressure (-0.1 MPa to 0 MPa) range.
High borosilicate Glass has excellent performance, but it is still necessary to avoid severe temperature changes and mechanical impacts.
• During vacuuming and operation, please ensure that the sealing of each grinding port and flange connection is good.
• Before stirring starts, make sure that the Impeller rotates without obstacles and slowly adjust from a small Rotation speed.
• When feeding, especially through the solid feeding port, be careful to avoid damage to the Glass parts.
• When using the discharge valve to discharge, pay attention to the safe placement of the receiving container to prevent the material from splashing out.
• When cleaning the equipment, avoid using sharp or hard tools to scratch the Glass surface.
• Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (220-240V~, 50/60Hz) and ensure good grounding.
