GR-10 variable frequency speed regulation three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts a three-layer Glass structure, the inner jacket can be passed into the circulating liquid to adjust the material temperature, and the outer jacket can be vacuumed to achieve heat preservation, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.

The height of the discharge valve is designed appropriately (355mm from the ground), which is convenient for discharge, and it is a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation. 7. The mixing system adopts 90W variable frequency speed motor, Rotation speed 50~ 500rpm adjustable, stirring and sealing for full anti-corrosion, wear-resistant stirring bearing. 8. The Reaction Kettle uses a variable frequency motor to drive the Impeller to stir the material in the kettle. The temperature of the material in the kettle is adjusted by introducing a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the inner Glass jacket. At the same time, the outer Glass jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state to form a thermal insulation layer to achieve thermal insulation function. During the reaction process, the inside of the kettle can reach a negative pressure state by vacuuming to meet specific experimental conditions; the material is evenly added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel; and the condenser is used for heat exchange to recover the reaction products by distillation.

1. According to the experimental requirements, a circulating liquid with a set temperature is introduced into the inner jacket to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle. 2. If heat preservation is required, the outer jacket can be evacuated to a vacuum state. 3. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed. 4. Adjust the kettle to the required pressure (normal or negative) through the vacuum system. 5. Control the uniform dripping of materials through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. 6. During the reaction, the condenser can be used for distillation recovery of the product. 7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the liquid-free discharge valve on the side.
