GR-10EX explosion-proof three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has a three-layer structure, the inner jacket can be passed into the circulating liquid to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle, and the outer jacket can be vacuumed to achieve thermal insulation function, meeting the experimental needs under normal and negative pressure conditions.

The discharge valve is a liquid-free side discharge valve with an appropriate height (355mm from the ground) for easy discharge. 7. The stirring shaft is stainless steel wrapped PTFE, using mechanical sealing and push-type Impeller.
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the reaction temperature of the material in the kettle by introducing a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the inner jacket of the three-layer kettle body. At the same time, the outer jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump to form a thermal insulation layer to realize the thermal insulation function. By adjusting the valve on the constant pressure funnel, the material can be uniformly dripped, and the condenser is used for heat exchange to recover the reaction product by distillation. The required negative pressure experimental conditions can be achieved in the kettle by vacuuming.

1. According to the experimental requirements, pass the circulating liquid into the inner layer jacket of the kettle through the jacket circulating liquid interface, and set the required temperature. 2. If you need to keep warm, use a vacuum pump to pump the outer jacket to a vacuum state. 3. Control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. 4. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed (50-500rpm). If negative pressure conditions are required, pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level (up to 0.095 MPa). 6. During the reaction, condenser can be used for distillation recovery. 7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation.
● Please ensure that the Operating Pressure is within the allowable range of the kettle body (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa). The operating temperature should not exceed the specified range (-80 to 200 degrees Celsius), and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 degrees Celsius. ● Before use, please check whether the sealing parts (such as cocks, discharge valves, "O" rings) are in good condition.
