Overview
GR-30 variable frequency speed regulation three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts a three-layer Glass structure, the inner jacket can be passed into the circulating liquid to adjust the material temperature in the kettle, and the outer jacket can be vacuumed to achieve thermal insulation function, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
It can be used in a wide temperature range from high temperature (200 ° C) to low temperature (-80 ° C).
3. It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, and the Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa.
4. The pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
5. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
6. Equipped with casters, easy to move.
7. Compact structure, saving space.
8. The height of the discharge valve is appropriate for easy discharge.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle uses a variable frequency speed motor to drive the Impeller to stir the material in the kettle. The temperature of the material in the kettle is adjusted by injecting a circulating liquid of a certain temperature into the inner jacket of the three-layer kettle body. The outer jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump to achieve thermal insulation function. During the reaction process, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the material can be evenly added by a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle. At the same time, the condenser is used for heat exchange to recover the reaction product by distillation.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. Pump the inner or outer jacket of the Reaction Kettle to the desired pressure state through a vacuum pump as required.
2. Introduce a certain temperature of circulating liquid into the inner jacket to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle.
3. Set and start the stirring motor through the variable frequency governor to stir the material.
4. Control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
5. During the reaction process, condenser can be used for distillation recovery.
6. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the side discharge valve.
Notice
Please ensure that the operating pressure is within the allowable range of the kettle body (-0.1MPa to 0MPa).
● The use temperature should be within the temperature range of the kettle body (-80~ 200 ° C), and note that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket does not exceed 90 ° C.
When operating, please note that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ.
● Pay attention to the interface specifications (such as stirring port, Sensor port, feeding port, etc.) to ensure the correct connection.
When moving a device, casters can be used, but they should be kept stable.
Do not exceed the design volume of the equipment (the effective volume in the kettle is 30L, and the jacket volume is 10L).
