Overview
GR-50 variable frequency speed regulation three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts a three-layer Glass structure, the inner jacket can be passed into the circulating liquid to adjust the material temperature in the kettle, and the outer jacket can be vacuumed to achieve thermal insulation function, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
5. Equipped with casters, easy to move.
6. Compact structure, saving space.
7. The height of the discharge valve is properly designed for easy discharge.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle uses a variable frequency motor to drive the Impeller to stir the material in the kettle. The reaction temperature of the material in the kettle is adjusted by introducing a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the inner jacket of the three-layer kettle body. At the same time, the outer jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state to form an insulation layer to reduce heat loss. During the reaction process, the material can be evenly added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel, and the condenser is used for heat exchange to recover the reaction product by distillation. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed to meet specific experimental conditions.
Applications

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, the circulating liquid of the set temperature is introduced into the jacket of the inner layer of the kettle through the jacket circulating liquid interface.
2. If heat preservation is required, the outer layer of the kettle can be connected to a vacuum pump and pumped to a vacuum state.
3. Set and start the stirring motor through the frequency converter to adjust the stirring Rotation speed.
4. Control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
5. According to the experimental requirements, a vacuum system can be connected to pump the kettle to the required negative pressure.
6. During the reaction process, the condenser can be used for distillation and recovery of the product.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the liquid-free discharge valve on the side.
Notice
Please ensure that the equipment is used within the specified temperature (-80 to 200 ° C) and pressure (-0.1 MPa to 0 MPa) range.
The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket must not exceed 90 degrees Celsius.
When operating, please note that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ.
* Please check whether the Glass parts, seals and connectors are in good condition before use.
When moving the device, please use the casters to smoothly implement it to avoid violent collisions.
When discharging materials, please pay attention to the height of the discharge valve and use a suitable container to handle it.
