Overview
GR-50EX explosion-proof three-layer Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts a three-layer Glass structure, the inner jacket can be passed into the circulating liquid to adjust the material temperature, and the outer jacket can be vacuumed to achieve heat preservation, meeting the experimental needs under normal and negative pressure conditions.

4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber or TFE protective layer, which is resistant to corrosion.

6. The height of the discharge valve is designed reasonably for easy discharge.
7. Adopt variable frequency speed motor, Stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
8. With explosion-proof function, Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the inner jacket of the three-layer kettle body. The outer jacket can be pumped to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump to achieve thermal insulation function. Uniform dropwise addition of materials can be controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the valve on the feeding bottle. Heat exchange by condenser can realize distillation recovery of reaction products. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, the circulating liquid is introduced into the inner layer jacket of the kettle through the jacket circulating liquid interface, and the material temperature is set and adjusted.
2. If heat preservation is required, the outer jacket can be connected to a vacuum pump and pumped to a vacuum state.
3. Control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
4. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed (50~ 500rpm) for stirring reaction.
5. If distillation recovery is required, turn on the condensation system for heat exchange.
6. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Operating Pressure is within the allowable tolerance range of the kettle body (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa).
• The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket shall not exceed 90 ° C.
• Operating temperature must not exceed the calibrated Operating temperature range (-80~ 200 ℃).
• Please pay attention to the explosion-proof requirements during operation to ensure that the environment meets the conditions of use of the Exd ⅱ BT4 Explosion-proof level.
• Note that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ.
