GR-1 double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL. The kettle body is made of high borosilicate Glass 3.3, the effective volume is 1L, and the jacket volume is 0.3L. The equipment is equipped with a Vacuum Level Meter and a temperature display unit. Operating temperature range is wide (-80~ 200 ℃), suitable for reaction, distillation and other operations under normal or negative pressure conditions.

The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle controls the temperature of the material in the kettle by jacketing the circulating medium (such as heat transfer oil or chill down liquid). Under the mixing action of Stirrer, the material reacts. The system can be operated under negative pressure by vacuuming, or connecting the condenser for distillation, reflux and other processes. The constant pressure funnel is used for smooth feeding, and the side discharge valve is used for product collection.

Connect the temperature control system through the jacket circulation port and set the required temperature. 3. Add the reaction material through the feeding port or constant pressure funnel. 4. Turn on the stirring and adjust the Rotation speed as needed. 5. For negative pressure operation, connect the vacuum system and observe the vacuum gauge. 6. During the reaction process, the temperature in the kettle is monitored through the temperature display unit. 7. After the reaction is completed, the product is collected through the side discharge valve. 8. Turn off the power, disassemble and clean the components.
