Overview
GR-1EX explosion-proof double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.

Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to meet specific experimental conditions. The material can be uniformly added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel, and the reaction product is recovered by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, inject circulating liquid into the interlayer to set the material temperature in the kettle.
2. If negative pressure conditions are required, connect the vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
3. By adjusting the valve on the constant pressure funnel, the material is evenly dripped into the kettle.
4. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed for reaction.
5. During or after the reaction, the condenser can be used for distillation recovery of the product.
6. After the reaction is completed, collect the material through the side liquid-free discharge valve.

● Please ensure that the Operating temperature is within the allowable range of -80 ° C to 200 ° C, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket does not exceed 90 ° C.
The operating pressure needs to be strictly controlled in a vacuum or normal pressure state, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
Please check the integrity of each standard grinding port, flange connection and mechanical sealing before use.
