GR-2 double-decked speed regulation Glass Reaction Kettle is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL. The effective volume of the kettle body is 2L, and the jacket volume is 0.6L. It is made of high borosilicate Glass 3.3 material. Operating temperature range is wide (-80~ 200 ℃). It is suitable for stirring, reaction, distillation and other operations under normal or negative pressure conditions. The equipment integrates a Vacuum Level meter and a temperature display unit to facilitate real-time monitoring of the reaction status.

The key sealing parts are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the stirring shaft is stainless steel outsourcing tetrafluoroethylene, which is resistant to corrosion. 7. Standard constant pressure funnel (200ml) and condenser (condensing area 0.025 m2). 8. Adopt standard grinding port design (24 #, 19 #), easy to connect and universal.
The Reaction Kettle heats or chills down the material in the kettle by jacketing into a circulating heat conducting medium (such as hot water, ice water or oil bath). The stirring motor drives the Impeller (four-leaf propulsion) swirl/spin through stepless speed regulation to mix the material evenly. The system can operate under normal pressure or vacuum conditions. The pressure is monitored by the Vacuum Level meter and the temperature sensor monitors the material temperature to achieve a controlled reaction environment. Feeding can be carried out through the constant pressure funnel or liquid feeding port, and the product can be discharged through the side discharge valve at the bottom.

1. Check whether the Glass parts, seals and interfaces are in good condition and clean. 2. Install the Reaction Kettle firmly through the fixed frame. 3. Connect the jacket circulation pipeline and connect the heat conducting medium. 4. Add the reaction material through the feeding port or constant pressure funnel. 5. Install Impeller and ensure good sealing. 6. Connect the vacuum system (if necessary) and check the air tightness. 7. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed. 8. Start the circulating medium temperature control system and set the reaction temperature. 9. Monitor the reaction process with Vacuum Level Meter and Temperature Display Unit. 10. After the reaction, turn off the heating/chill down and stir. 11. Collect product through side discharge valve. 12. Clean and maintain equipment.
