Overview
GR-3 double-decked speed regulation Glass Reaction Kettle is a laboratory reaction equipment produced by GREATWALL. The Reaction Kettle has an effective volume of 2L and is made of high borosilicate Glass 3.3. Operating temperature range is -80~ 200 ° C. It can be operated at normal or negative pressure and is equipped with a stepless speed regulation stirring system.

Principle
The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle heats or chills down the material in the kettle by jacketing the circulating medium (such as heat transfer oil or chill down liquid) to achieve precise temperature control. The material is mixed and reacted in the kettle by a motor-driven Impeller, and the stirring speed can be adjusted steplessly. The steam generated during the reaction is returned through the condenser, which can be operated under negative pressure by the vacuum system, and the Vacuum Level and temperature can be monitored by the meter.

Steps
1. Install equipment and connect peripheral devices such as circulating bath and vacuum source.
2. Add the reaction material to the kettle through the liquid feeding port or constant pressure funnel.
3. Open the cycle bath and set the desired reaction temperature.
4. Start the stirring motor and adjust to the required Rotation speed.
5. According to the process requirements, connect the vacuum system to adjust the reaction pressure.
6. Monitor the reaction process with Vacuum Level Meter and Temperature Display Unit.
7. After the reaction, turn off the heating/chill down and stir.
8. Release the product through the side discharge valve and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240V~, 50/60Hz range.
• The operating pressure must not exceed the design range (normal or negative pressure).
• The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket shall not exceed the tolerance limit of 90 ° C.
• Avoid Mechanical Impact on Glass Parts during Feeding and Operation.
• After using corrosion materials, they should be cleaned thoroughly in time.
• Regularly check the integrity of the sealing parts (PTFE material).
• When adjusting the height of the discharge valve, ensure that the support is stable.
