Overview
GR-5 variable frequency speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The Reaction Kettle adopts double-decked kettle structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber and the "O" ring with TFE protective layer are used, which has good sealing performance.
5. Stirring motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
6. Using mechanical sealing, push-type Impeller, shaft for stainless steel outsourcing PTFE, corrosion resistance.
7. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, which is convenient for material discharge.
Principle
The kettle body of the double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle has two inner and outer layers. By injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer, the temperature of the material in the kettle can be adjusted by the principle of heat exchange. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state by a vacuum pump to meet the experimental conditions, the material can be uniformly dripped by adjusting the valve on the constant pressure funnel, and the reaction product can be recovered by distillation with a condenser.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. Install the equipment to ensure that the interfaces are tightly connected.
2. According to the experimental requirements, inject the circulating liquid of the required temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body through the jacket circulation port.
3. If negative pressure conditions are required, connect the vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
4. Acceleration through constant pressure funnel or feeding bottle, and control drip through regulating valve.
5. Start the variable frequency speed stirring motor and set the required Rotation speed for stirring.
6. During the reaction, distillation can be carried out by condenser.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the side discharge valve.
Notice
• Check Glass parts for crazing or damage before use.
• Ensure that the Operating Pressure is within the tolerable range of the kettle body (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa).
The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 ° C.
• When operating, pay attention to the power specification of 220-240V~, 50/60HZ.
• When using the temperature sensor, pay attention to the double anti-corrosion structure of polytetrafluoroethylene coated on the stainless steel surface.
• Regularly check the integrity of mechanical sealing and other components.
