Overview
GR-5EX explosion-proof double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The Reaction Kettle adopts double-decked kettle structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. Equipped with explosion-proof motor, Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4.
6. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation mode, and the stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
7. Using mechanical sealing, push-type Impeller, shaft for stainless steel outsourcing PTFE.
8. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, which is convenient for material discharge.
Principle
The kettle body of the double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle has two inner and outer layers. The temperature of the material in the kettle can be adjusted by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer. During the reaction process, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the material can be uniformly dripped by adjusting the valve on the constant pressure funnel. Using the heat exchange function of the condenser, the reaction product can be distillation recovered.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Standards
Explosion-proof level: Exd ⅱ BT4
Steps
1. Check whether the components of the equipment are well connected.
2. According to the experimental requirements, inject circulating liquid into the interlayer to set the temperature.
3. If negative pressure operation is required, connect the vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
4. Acceleration through constant pressure funnel or feeding bottle, and control drip through regulating valve.
5. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the appropriate stirring Rotation speed.
6. Recycling operation by distillation through condenser.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the side discharge valve.
8. Turn off the power and perform equipment cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is used within the allowable Temperature range (-80~ 200 ℃) and pressure range (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa).
• The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket shall not exceed 90 ° C.
• Before operation, please confirm that the power supply specification (220-240V~, 50/60HZ) matches the local power grid.
• When performing explosion-proof operations, ensure that the environment meets the Exd II BT4 Explosion-proof level requirements.
• When using constant pressure funnel, pay attention to uniform control of material dripping through the regulating valve.
• Regularly check the integrity of mechanical sealing and other components.
• Pay attention to protect the surface of borosilicate Glass and Teflon when cleaning.
