Overview
GR-10 variable frequency speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts double-decked structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. Stirring motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
6. Full anti-corrosion, wear-resistant stirring bearings are used, the Impeller is a push type, and the shaft is a stainless steel outer PTFE.
7. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, the effective size of the discharge valve from the ground is 355mm.
8. The temperature sensor adopts stainless steel surface fluorine to achieve double anti-corrosion.
Principle
The double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the kettle body. The Impeller is driven by a variable frequency speed motor to make the material mix evenly. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the material can be evenly added by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. Using the heat exchange function of the condenser, the reaction product can be distilled and recovered.
