GR-10EX explosion-proof double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.

The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to meet specific experimental conditions. The material can be uniformly dripped through a constant pressure funnel or a feeding bottle, and the reaction product is recovered by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser.

1. According to the experimental requirements, inject the circulating liquid of the required temperature into the interlayer through the jacket circulating liquid interface to adjust the starting temperature of the material in the kettle. 2. Connect the vacuum system (if necessary) and pump the kettle to the required negative pressure. 3. Add the reaction material through the solid feeding port or the liquid feeding port (such as the constant pressure funnel), and use the regulating valve on the constant pressure funnel to control the uniform drop addition of the material. 4. Start the variable frequency speed motor, set the required stirring Rotation speed (50~ 500rpm), and start the stirring reaction. 5. During the reaction process, the temperature in the kettle can be monitored by a temperature sensor, and the temperature can be controlled by adjusting the temperature of the jacket circulating liquid. 6. If the product needs to be recovered by distillation, turn on the condensation system and use the condenser for heat exchange. 7. After the reaction is completed, the material in the kettle is discharged through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation.
