GR-20 variable frequency speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.

Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa. 4. Use Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer to enhance anti-corrosion and sealing. 5. The mixing system adopts fully anti-corrosion and wear-resistant stirring bearings, the Impeller is a propulsion type, and the shaft is a stainless steel outer PTFE. 6. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, which is convenient for material discharge. 7. Rotation speed can be adjusted in the range of 50~ 500rpm.
The Reaction Kettle uses a variable frequency motor to drive the Impeller to stir the material in the kettle. The temperature of the material in the kettle is adjusted by injecting a circulating liquid (such as heat transfer oil or chill down liquid) at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. During the reaction process, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled through a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The steam generated by the reaction can be heat exchanged through a condenser to realize the distillation recovery of the product.
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
1. Check whether the components of the equipment are connected in good condition to ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (220-240V~, 50/60Hz). 2. According to the experimental requirements, inject the circulating liquid at the required temperature into the interlayer through the circulation port on the Reaction Kettle body. 3. Add material to the kettle through solid feeding port, liquid feeding port or constant pressure funnel. 4. If necessary, use a vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required negative pressure. 5. Start the variable frequency governor and set the required stirring Rotation speed (50~ 500rpm). 6. Acceleration of the drip of the material is controlled by the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. 7. During the reaction process, the temperature of the material can be monitored by a temperature sensor. 8. After the reaction, turn off the stirring and heating/chilling down circulation system. 9. Discharge the material in the kettle through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation.
